Limited Edition Items
Some of our more rare items are only available in limited quantities and therefore have order limits per customer, per order, that are listed on that item’s page. For example: our Limited Edition Fairly Tale Prints are limited to one (1) copy of each design per order. Any orders above the listed item limit will be cancelled.

Delivery Time
Orders placed with jscottcampbellstore.com are processed two days a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays) with three exceptions. 1) Orders placed Friday – Sunday and holidays are processed within the next two (2) business days. 2) If your order is placed after a new product launch, please allow extra time for delivery as we are a small company and are usually inindated with many requests at that time. Please be assured that your order will be processed in the order it was received. 3) If your order contains one or more of the “Limited Edition Prints” please be advised that those are made to order and sometimes take a few extra days to ship.
You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your package has been shipped. Orders paid for with a credit card are processed when the order has been sent, orders paid through PayPal are processed through PayPal immediately after the order is placed.

Domestic Orders:
JScottCampbellStore.com uses Priority Mail though USPS to ship within the United States. This process usually takes 2-3 days to arrive once the order is shipped. We take great care in packing each order to insure it arrives in pristine condition. Any orders with merchandise totaling $100 or more will be sent with a delivery tracking number.

International Orders:
JScottCampbellStore.com uses First Class International Mail through USPS to ship all orders outside of the United States. This process can take anywhere from two weeks to one month or more for delivery based on each country’s location and customs regulations. Each package is shipped with the required Customs Declaration form CN 22 that includes a list of the package’s contents and value. We take great care in packing each order to insure it arrives in pristine condition. Delivery tracking is not available on First Class International Mail.
